I read the book, How to Think Like Leonardo Da Vinci: Seven Steps to Genius Every Day, by Michael Gelb, over 12 years ago while in graduate school for theatre.  I still find it fascinating, however, especially in its application to the career development world.

Christina Desmarais revisits Signore Da Vinci in the following article, and gives us insight into his creative genius- and how we can drum up some of our own.
